Where there is grief, there is love
Is your life entering a new season?
Transition is change. They are life's way of asking us to reexamine our present way of being and challenge us to develop and grow. Some transitions are predictable, like a marriage, changing jobs, and buying a house. Some are unpredictable such as the death of a loved one, loss of a job, and medical diagnosis. Regardless of the event, every transition we experience causes us to have to bend in ways that feel uncomfortable and make changes to current ways of living. Change is inevitable. Like taxes, its one of life's certainties. This doesn't mean that it's easy. This is especially true when the shifts are sudden and unexpected. We paint pictures for our future. When the pictures we paint for our future have to be altered because of a life event, we may struggle.

Change can feel lonely and confusing, I can walk alongside you as a guide.

My approach to helping people move through transitions starts with holding space and helping you recognize what you're feeling. We will work together on accepting all feelings that are coming up for you. We will work on developing coping skills for when these feelings become overwhelming. In time, therapy will begin to focus on making meaning of the transition. You're story is constantly being written, making meaning is the next chapter.

It would be an honor to help you find your path.
